From preemies to perimenopause: “I’ve been a Registered Nurse since 2006, originally working in the neonatal intensive care unit. I became a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in 2016 and began my journey focused on pregnancy and prenatal education. Over time, I was drawn to gynecology and menopause care, especially helping women navigate perimenopause and menopause with more comfort, clarity, and support. It’s a time of life so many people don’t talk about, and I love being someone who helps women feel like themselves again.”
Tiny patients, big lessons: “My years in the NICU taught me how powerful the patient-provider bond can be. You're caring for someone's most precious person, often for months or longer, and you don’t forget that kind of trust. I carried that sense of connection into women’s health. Whether I’m seeing someone for the first time or the tenth, I want each person to feel like I truly know them, not just their symptoms.”
Midlife deserves more: “I love that Midi is creating a space where women can finally feel comfortable talking about things that were once considered taboo. I want my patients to know I’ll really listen, take their concerns seriously, and work with them to find solutions.”
