Care across every setting: "I’ve been working as a nurse midwife since 2018 and became a nurse practitioner in 2021. My path has taken me through rural birth centers, home births, family health clinics, and hospital systems across New Mexico. I’ve helped build a women’s health clinic from the ground up, worked as a laborist in an urban hospital, and provided both in-person and virtual care—from prenatal visits to primary care and care coordination. Most recently, I’ve been in primary care and even spent time training AI in healthcare."
Meeting women where they are: "I was drawn to Midi because it brings together two things I care deeply about: expanding access through technology and focusing on women’s health. Even in primary care, this has always been my forte—especially the way hormones, metabolism, and inflammation intersect in midlife."
Being the one who helps: "It’s hard to count how many times a patient has told me, 'I’ve been trying to get help with this for years, and you’re the first person who’s actually done something.' Those moments stick with me. They’re a reminder that feeling heard, and getting real solutions, can be life-changing."
Start with her story: "I begin by understanding where each woman is in her journey, what concerns her most, and what else might be contributing to her symptoms. From there, we build a plan that feels clear, personalized, and actionable."
