Experience rooted in care: "I began my career in 2007, working in the operating room for six years. For the past decade, I’ve worked in urgent care, where I’ve gained a lot of experience supporting patients with a wide range of needs, often in moments of real stress and vulnerability."
Why midlife women’s health matters: "I take pride in my profession, and I’m drawn to organizations that move healthcare forward. After years in ambulatory care, I saw how many women over 35 struggled to access care for perimenopause and menopause symptoms. Midi bridges this gap by creating an innovative, safe, and efficient space for women facing these challenges, and that mission deeply resonates with me."
Showing up with empathy: "Many of my urgent care patients faced significant barriers just to make it to a visit. Seeing their determination taught me to show up with equal commitment — to meet every person with empathy, listen intently, and create an environment where they feel heard and supported."
Practicing with purpose: "My care philosophy is to practice at the highest standard while leading with integrity, empathy, and respect. At Midi, my goal is to build trust through careful listening and thoughtful guidance, helping women find clear, personalized pathways to symptom relief so they can feel like themselves again."
