Book a Visit with Me

Focused on women’s health: "Having been in healthcare since the late 90’s, I’ve cared for patients across emergency medicine, trauma, family practice, and internal medicine—both in civilian settings and during my service as a Major in the United States Army Nurse Corps (retired in 2016). Those years taught me how to stay calm under pressure, see the whole person, not just the problem, and bring steadiness, clarity, and compassion to every clinical decision."

How I practice: "My greatest passion is supporting women through the many transitions of their lives, whether that means starting contraception, navigating pregnancy and postpartum changes, addressing weight and metabolic shifts after babies, or moving through the profound transition of perimenopause and menopause. I see these chapters as deeply biopsychosocial moments: the body changes, yes, but so do identity, stress, sleep, relationships, and confidence. My goal is to offer care that is both clinically excellent and genuinely human—so patients feel validated, informed, and supported rather than brushed off or told to 'just push through.'" Balanced care: "In practice, I blend evidence-based medicine with thoughtfully selected complementary approaches—always with safety, science, and a patient’s preferences at the center. That might include hormone and non-hormone options, targeted lifestyle strategies, sleep and stress support, and practical tools that fit real life. I’m a big believer in shared decision-making. I’ll bring the latest evidence and a clear plan, and we’ll shape it together around your goals and risk profile."

What makes me tick: "Outside of work, I’m a mom to two great kids—and completely owned by my cats."
