A broad foundation: "I’ve been in healthcare since 1994, and my background spans primary care and internal medicine, with a lot of experience in obesity medicine and weight loss, as well as telemedicine and virtual urgent care. I’ve also cared for patients in long-term care settings, which has given me a wide perspective on health across different stages of life and a deep respect for how circumstances shape wellness."
Rooted in empathy: "I was a caregiver early in life, and that experience continues to guide how I show up for patients and their families. An early interest in biology and medicine led me into healthcare, but what sustains me is helping people engage in their health—learning, building confidence, and seeing their efforts translate into meaningful outcomes. I find purpose in giving patients practical tools that help them feel more empowered and in control of chronic health concerns."
Compassion in action: "My approach to care is centered on competence, education, and wellness—delivered with compassion and empathy. Patients often tell me they feel truly listened to, well informed, and at ease. I aim to be thorough, clear, and kind, creating a space where patients feel heard, supported, and confident in their care plan."
