Constantly learning: “I have been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner for nearly 12 years. As a first-generation Nigerian immigrant, I come from a family dedicated to serving communities through healthcare. I have wide ranging experience, including primary care, women’s health, dermatology, medical aesthetics, and nephrology. I am currently pursuing a psychiatric mental health certification followed by a doctorate in nursing to further expand my expertise.”Transformative mentorship: “After earning my bachelor’s and master’s in Nursing and degrees in biological sciences and gender and women’s studies, I had a transformative experience working with the lead surgeon at a breast center. I was humbled to assist women during one of the most challenging times of their lives. This experience reaffirmed my commitment to providing compassionate, empowering care.:Cheering you on: “The most rewarding aspect of caring for midlife women is partnering in their journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Menopause can be challenging but also offers tremendous growth. The resilience and wisdom of the women I serve continually inspire me. Walking alongside them as they navigate midlife changes and witnessing their emergence as strong, empowered advocates for their health and happiness is the greatest reward.”
