Heart in women’s health: “I started my journey in medicine over 25 years ago, beginning in ICU and heart transplant before transitioning into OB care, where I worked in labor and delivery for over 17 years. This is where my passion for women's health began, as I enjoyed being part of families' birthing experiences and supporting them through postpartum. ”Hands on experience: “My passion for treating perimenopausal and menopausal women stems from my experience working in a gynecology office. Initially, I felt unprepared to address the needs of midlife women. Over the past year, I’ve dedicated myself to learning all I need to know, especially since I am now experiencing hormonal symptoms myself.”A trust-based approach: “I love getting to know my patients and pride myself on building trust through unique human connections. My approach with patients is always to find common ground and ensure their concerns are heard and acknowledged. I talk candidly with my patients and educate them on their bodies, making them active participants in their treatment plans.”
