Devon Turvy, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, Midi Clinician
My care journey: “I began my journey in health with a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology, driven by a passion for wellness. Nursing felt like a natural progression to direct patient care. After six years as an Registered Nurse in oncology and bone marrow transplant, I earned my master’s in nursing and became a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. For the past six years, I’ve worked in primary care focused on women’s health, weight management, chronic diseases, and preventive health.”A personal turning point: “The birth of my daughter profoundly influenced my approach to patient care. Experiencing the emotional and hormonal shifts of pregnancy and postpartum first hand made me acutely aware of the gaps in women’s healthcare during these transitions. This experience fueled my commitment to addressing the unique needs of women during significant life changes.”Why I chose Midi: “I’m excited to empower women with knowledge about their own bodies, particularly around midlife changes. My goal is to be the provider who listens, helps women reclaim their voices, and navigates them through the complexities of midlife and menopause with comprehensive care.”
